What impresses me the most about that team was their ability to maintain intensity, even when up by 40pts. For one game it isn't difficult, but after a few games it would be difficult not to start coasting. Those guys wouldn't let themselves or each other do that. Everyone on that team had a killer instinct.

Not that it would have changed anything, but it is sad to watch Bird struggle out there with his back. He was still effective, but not vintage Larry.
