I know that people are worried that others will see these videos and start doing the same thing. I don't think this will happen, because these actions are so crazy that they will be seen as a joke by other foreigners in Japan. It's interesting that many people from 2ch are reacting to these videos by posting insults. The internet is a safe place to be critical of people, and it is easier to attack than talk. It's great that you are trying to explain why people are angry, rather than insulting. This is the best way to get along with anybody, foreigners or otherwise.
