Yu Law (Evil) was using Tsing Yi which is fighting in a straight line, as Gabe (Good) was using Pa-Qua, a style that is about circling your opponent. these styles were used to show the polar opposite of their fighting styles (line/circle.) I loved this fight so much mainly cause of the theme of the movie which is played through out 3/4 of the fight, where it really shines when Gabe walkes through the sparks. Epicness ensued... then they had to ruin it by using other music... :( Movie is great.
