Yeah, I agree that the drummer needs to slow down. But come on, give them a break, guys. Maybe they haven't played this song a lot and this is just a practice. Give them advice. Tell them what they should change. But don't call them a fail when you don't know anything more about them than how they played this one song. You're going to make them want to quit playing when they should be doing the opposite and working hard to sound better. Because there is talent there, I can hear it.
