Manual is standard. Flappy paddle option will take a while to come out if it already has not. Most DBSs built will be equipped with the manual. Not many have spec'd the flappy paddle because it's not some fancy Audi/VW DSG or Ferrari F1 spec box. The manual gearbox is technically more upscale transmission for this car. However, the more GT-like DB9 are mostly built with the flappy paddle automated manual transmission.
