Roughly how many calories did you eat a day? I've been burning 1000 each day on the elliptical, and done some strength training, and have lost nothing.
It's all in the mind bro. ;) We can argue on this, but the only thing you need is a high amount of protein. I'm not hating though, good job with your fat loss.

You probably lost A LOT of muscle tissue, BTW you would have better results if you lifted BEFORE you did cardio not after.

It will all so give you super endurance as well.I went from running 2 miles to running 10 miles.
