You said you don't have to vodka. I have Everclear which is 95% or 190 proof alcohol.

Would this be too strong? And were can I get the right glycerine. Do you know why glycerine is used?

I would imagine Everclear would work fine. Higher proof, quicker absorption. Read wiki on tincture to get more info.

Glycerin does the same thing as the alcohol - absorption. Vodka alone stings, especially the more you go along, so glycerin makes the taste not so bitter and makes it not sting. Glycerin alone absorbs too slowly to work all by itself, but mixed with vodka, it works fine.

Glycerin is used in cake decorating, so craft-type stores may carry it or search on google for food grade glycerin. As long as it is pure glycerin, you can use it.

Thanks for responding. I have a vegetable glycerine that is 100% pure and is food grade. Had it left over from making a hand lotion I did for a college project. I went back to school to learn to be a pharmacy tech. So I know how to break an ample as well as other things. I will give the glycerine a try. I have been on this diet before but didn't finish. And it was with Releana at a clinic. But I need to do this a less expensive way.

What was your Releana dosage? Do you remember? People are telling me they changed and my method is based upon Releana.

It was 0.25 ml twice a day. They do not tell you how many IUs it is. I saved one of the bottles with the dropper. They would give it to you already mixed up but when I finished, or stoped going in they gave it to you not mixed up with instructions. This is Arizonia were the summers are very hot. I would bring something to keep it cool but I guess others didn't. They would also give B vit. shot for $10.00. I think holding that amount might be easier.

No. You can use any high purity alcohol. Vodka is just really distilled and pure and is available cheaply. a small airline size bottle will work for more than 5 rounds.

When you take it, of the 0.25 ml, 1/3 is vodka. That is equivalent to one drop.

On my blog I list my two recommended places for hCG. For supplies, I don't have a one stop or two stop recommendation anymore, since I couldn't find one or two to recommend. I did take my recommendation off syringesupplies (see the actual one list on my blog).

Is bacteriostatic water for ingestion? I didn't think benzyl alcohol was for consumption, but only injection.

Yes. It is just very sterile water.

Don't know how the benzyl alcohol was used. If that is the ampoule that comes with the hCG that we throw away. Must be for the normal use of hCG.

Sorry. Yes, if you are going to do it sublingually, you will need to use alcohol. You need an agent to get it in your blood stream. If it helps to think of it this way, you get three drops per dose - 1/3 or about 1 drop is alcohol. There is more alcohol in an orange.

Yes. Bring a pan of water to boil and then remove the cap and boil the bottle and cap (and anything else you are sterilizing/cleaning) for 3 - 5 minutes. Allow to cool and then dry on a clean cloth.

Points to consider: Folks have been known to get cut even covering the ampoule with a napkin. For safety it is best to use an opener. It is possible for hCG to fall out of ampoule when inverted. Needle does not necessarily filter glass powder, so best use filter needle.

On larger ampoules I can agree, but not for these. Maybe a washcloth is better.

Openers are meant for bigger ampoules and don't work well for these small ones.

Oh, I think I know what you mean: the cheaper openers are pretty much useless, true. I guess I am spoiled from the SnapIt that I use. You can see one on my web site at HCGCoach dot com. You would love it! Super simple & efficient.
