She looks exactly same as when she was a teenager. If you look at 'Amazing Kiss' music video, she looks even better (prob'ly she had a better make-up) and that's more than 6 or 7 years ago. You must be comparing that face with some of the photos she has taken when she was not feeling well. Unlike some American male actors who gets rid of bad photos when they see a little pimple on their faces, Boa does not do such a thing. And some ppl have 3 different faces depending on the day's condition.
