Mister Lobo, the last time I checked, a "levee" is a soil and concrete barrier (also called an earthen-dam) that prevents overflowing of water into the adjacent and low lying lands. New Orleans had a TON of levees... though that didn't work out too well.

Well, MISS Lobo, the bar thing was informative, but there is no need to call the "O_O" emoticon homosexual. Honestly, try a different term, "stupid", "weird", etc., because the "O_O" is NOT homosexual.

From what I was taught, it represented shock or more of a stunned silence, so to speak. To use "o_O" or "O_o" doesn't really make sense because the eyes are lopsided and can not exist on a real man's face. Eyes are of equal size, Lobo.

Wow! Now that's thinking out of the box! Alas I am only 15, so I didn't think about it. All I did was take some clipart from Microsoft, edited it, and attached Chevrolet logo upon it. So, to tell the truth, you know more about it than I do. The clipart was a mail truck. So yes, I have no clue. Still, what a magnificent observation!
