ya, you can equal out the stealth cap with tactics and focus accuracy.

Man nowadays everyone is rolling a spines/dark. Over a year ago (winter 2006), I did very well in Sirens with mine when nobody else dared to roll one and there weren't even 10 of those on my server at the time.

End isn't that bad actually, Think I put 2 end reducs in all my toggles so I last a while and with 3 slotted stamina.
