This isn't exactly the way Paul Gilbert played it but that doesn't matter. It sounds great. Your notes are correct even if you don't play it in the same position on the fretboard as Paul Gilbert played it. In fact, I saw a live performance of Mr. Big doing this song somewhat recently and looked at his fingering during the solo and it isn't even the same way he used to play it in the music video years ago. So I guess the exact fingering doesn't even matter, just as long as it sounds good.

But it could have been even better if u showed right hand movements coz itsdifficult to figure out which string you are playing..... perhaps u could use 2 cameras and showing right hand movement as inset video...
