You know, I am a believer in GOD. And I see NOTHING wrong with this. I see nothing wrong with the idea of man having the knowledge bestowed upon him by GOD to enhance our lives. Jesus said that we could move mountains if we have faith. GOD gave us a great brain and through what he gave us, under his will, these breakthroughs should be practiced in every case that so desperately needs it to live. If GOD wants you he will take you in a manner that your life can not be saved. I say go forward!
I need info about this, I am growing up and my mom says she has some sort of heart disease, I dont know if its an inherated disease or is my heart just growing, I can feel it pump harder every now and then and it scares me, if you think I am just growing can you please calm me down by replying, thanks!
People who have a religion wont all rant about this. Those who are too deeply into their religion will, but ordinary people who have a religion can be friends with science at the same time, like me.
Nice, but this is not from stem cells. Cells they using are developed cardiomyocytes from newborn mice or rat. You need only to glue them together by providing scafold. Scafold idea is good. But you are not growing new heart, just reconstituting previously dissociated heart. More important are cardiomyocyte agregates or contracting "cardiospheres" derived from stem cells that are now grown in many laboratories.
wow so genius researchers, i hope they will be successful of their research...

They already covered that during the beginnings of the heart transplant era. Something about the soul being in the heart or whatever.
