I went to KCP last year. It's an amazing school. The teachers are really dedicated and the school is pretty well known. If you want to hear more non-biased info, just try to find the group on Facebook. There's more pictures on there than their actual site.
The only thing you need to know is that you'll have to work hard. They really push you. However, they give you all the tools you need (small classroom & extra help outside of class if you need it).
I found the alumni Facebook group and joined that one since it was the biggest, although I'm not an alumni or currently enrolled (yet!). Love all the pictures!!
I do have some questions: How much Japanese, both written and spoken, should I know before I go there? Do you know of any other people who went to KCP and put up videos on YouTube? I've found a couple, but they're mostly hard to come by.
I know some Japanese phrases and that's about it. I know pretty much nothing about any of the written characters, but I do have flash cards for some of the basic ones like "Tree" and "Forest" (it's three of the characters for "Tree").
Awesome stuff there dude :). I really do help you get into the KBC International Language School. I wish you the very best for that :).
Oh btw, just as a small request, since you do some great reviews, can I request a review of my favourite anime: Death Note? It's ok if you can't. I understand you may be very busy. Or if you wish, just give me your opinions in a message or something. Entirely up to you.
I'd love to do a review of Death Note! It has been awhile since I've seen it so I'll have to rewatch it to refresh my memory. Stay tuned for it!
I definitely do take requests for reviews, but keep in mind that I only do completed series/ completed seasons.
Also, it'll take me awhile to watch each series so if you request me to do a 26 episode series one week and then expect me to review a sprawling epic like Naruto the following week, it simply isn't gonna happen.
Haha I found out about this in FaceBook
