i have a solia too , got it from folica and it really sucks :( or maybe im not doing it right? my hair gets this wave in the middle of my long hair, u know like when you do a ponytail and it leaves a wave, it looks like that! and it happens after I flat iron my hair! it's so weird and it sucks with the humidity too!

@Malilifire yes i bought it online; i like it better then chi cuz u can chage heat setting with chi u cant; plus chi is more money not worth for me; i love my solia :)

@violaxojj hi there, all straightener will eventually give u split ends. thats y its important to use heat protectant. i barely have split ends and i havent cut my hair in almost a yr :) u just gotta take care of it

@violaxojj yes it feels hot but thats bcuz i put it at the highest temp 450 degree. do u have very thin hair? if u do maybe that y ur sedu gave u split ends. for thin hair u have too use lower heat setting otherwise it will burn thru which causes split ends. my hair is extremely thick so need high settings. im sry that happen to u to.

we have similiar hair, and yours is gorgeous BTW! My Sedu broke after 5-6 years, so its time to buy a new one. I couldn't decide if I wanted to shell out 120 bucks for a new Sedu, the same as my old, or try a cheaper 80 dollar Solia (the one you have). After watching this video, I am buying the Solia and CHI silk. Can't wait to try it! Thanks again =)

every video i've watched with the solia flat iron has the chi silk infusion in it. what is the effect of the silk infusion on your hair?

CHI silk infusion just basicly makes ur haiir silky and soft. its a hair serum. But u can get similar products for less, cuz its a bit expensive for CHI products. it really does make a difference in my hair thou. :)

I've had my solia for only 3 months now, so i cant really say if its the best, but i havent had any problems with it yet! A friend of mines has the same one for 2 years now and she uses it everyday and has never experience a problem with it, she said it still works the same for her. Hope that helped sweety :)
