If you tapped the intake to take 1 line each port and make the output tube split into 8 lines off of a header and then connect each to a manifold hole via a check valve into the intake (to hold vaccum) it would likely work much better and that rig is sweet enough to justify the work!! Is there a way to pressurize it first, thats been done and works, I have an air tank for flat tires and such that would be a great storage tank. also do you know what is a good pressure to stop pressurizing?

I noticed your water level on the cells was low, is that because of the location of the ports?
I've seen similar setups using vacuum pressure to remove the gas more quickly, and allowing the cell to hold more water, because the gas is not taking up as much space in the cell. A higher water level would mean more reactive surface area and that would equal more output. (not that you have any problems with output).
