The funny thing is, Johnny is a genome soldier which means he is a *digital* clone brother of Snake via Big Boss' cells.

@manwiththemachinegun asides that johnny is no peeping tom like his brothers and big boss, he likes to do the action straight on! ( i think most people know that all the snakes in MGS are closet pervs and peeping toms, if you press the action button in cutscenes where a female character is there you'll often see through snake's eyes when he's peeping under naomi's skirt for instance or in MGS3 when he was staring at eva's boobs, and many other scenes however johnny has proven manlier,GO JOHNNY!)
