Heyy everyone if you want to find the paralizing spell go to the arcane university and speak to one of the guys forgot whitch one but there's only like three guys and the spell isn't called paralize it says sonthng else but the description says paralize for 7 seconds it costs about 2000 gold and you need a high magic lvl not sure what because I haven't down it yet

I actually used it on Jauffre before he cam to talk to me. Then I talked to him and he just talked back on the floor. On one occasion, there was a bug in where he melted on the stairs and I had to talk to his rolling head.

@n00bAtDisGAME you dont actually need a specific char lvl to get a paralyze spell but however you will need high skill in illusion (journeyman or expert) or an easier way having the lover birthsign witch provides a 10 sec paralyze plus a damnage fatigue 100 once per day

to make spells you have to have accses to the spellmaking altar at the arcane university(here you must do all the recomendations in each city) or type the console command showspellmaking

I made a spell called Cruelty's Hound and what it does is paralyze any enemies within a 25 foot radius for 3 seconds.....All the while it summons a Clannfear to relentlessly attack your frozen foe!! fun for everyone!! BTW I used the Clannfear instead of other creatures such as a daedroth because a Clannfear is extremely quick and well balanced because of its high damage output and damage reflection.

If you get paralyze spell and go to Talos Plaza District in Imperial City.Go to Dorian's house,paralyze him,then pickpocket him,its will say a smount of coins if you keep taking coins the amount wont go down and you can keep pressing and probably get higher than 1,000,000!I got up to 250,492 coins.

If you get about 4,000 and make his disposition zero, then attach him with training dagger (zero damage) his disp will go down but he will have the money you bribe him with, go to jail and come back, eventually it will cost about 500g to raise his disposition 1-2 points, he will have 50,000g on him if you do this for a few hours, then, go watch a movie or something while you press A or X a whole lot, by the time the movie is finished you will have over a billion dollars.

Ita Rienus in Bravil mage guild sells debilitate which is paralyze for 3 seconds. Just be at the guild at around 8am and look for her. I dont think she ever leaves the building so finding her shouldn't be to hard..I think you gotta be a journeyman in illusion to cast it.

when yo enter arcane university they give you a staff and you need to chose the power select ilussion and then it apearss like 3 options you select paralyze and they give yo your staff.(10 seconds paralyse)

Bravil mages guild specializes in illusion, you can get a paralysis spell from a woman named Ita, plus she has the lowest ranked paralyzing spell in the game (3 seconds) so its cheap and you only need 50 illusion, but be weary of making spells, paralysis is the most magicka deriving spell in the game

you have to complete the acrcane university quest. start by joining the mages guild. when you gain acess to the arcane university there will be an alter thing in one of the buildings that you can make custom spells from
