ur drum player is a pro he should make a living from his art, just like the sax and trumpet guy, ur bass guy is good also, why dont u attack the charts with ur songs, at least u write and create original scores
one of the problems with youtube is there is not enough cambodian folk music. I searched high and low, and by golly am I glad I found this nugget. It took me back to those days spent with the tribes in the Ratanakiri province. It is a sound that can only be truly recreated on a Casio
actually it's not a casio - that's a melodica that the soloist received as a parting gift from a Cambodian shaman that he met while living in the jungle (i read this in a new book about number1covers)
OMG! What a fool I feel. I saw the tube going to his mouth and just assumed that was a drug thing. It is amazing how he manages to make it sound so much like a casio though, hats off. Keep on with your brave new sound. You deserve a wider audience (not like fatter people, as in more people)
thank god u got that shit faced sax player out of there....but u still should get a bass besides a thunderbird thats ment for metal and maybe someone who can play drums
thunderbirds were around before metal was. it has a very versatile sound and can be used for jazz. if u wer gonna make any notes about the bass guitar, it shud be about how the playing is badly out of key.
