What else would the Repubs say? Clinton had to have timed his "attacks" on Bin Laden because they always seemed to have fallen on days when there was a major breakthrough with the Lewinsky scandal. A genuine attack would require a swift response. It is suspicious how there were these "convenient" gaps of time between each attack. Many of Clinton's own people went on to talk about Clinton's incompetence cause he didn't feel like dealing with anything controversial. Bush was at least a leader.
