  • cool! i want one..

  • What did you use as your power source for all of the shift brights? That's a pretty heavy power draw...

  • ACID TRIP!

  • great

  • W0wza... That's $350 worth of Shiftbrites and hardware mate! Great work -- I'd absolutely love the arduino code too! :)

  • Does this use multi-color LEDs to produce colors by mixing RGB? OR does it use LEDs for each wavelength? It would be cool to use individual wavelength LEDs and see the subtle difference between "true" colors and mixed colors.

  • @jigglesnap Your eye wouldn't be able to discern a "true color" LED from an identical mixed color. You actually have only have red, green, and blue color receptors in your eyes - by mixing pure green/red/blue, you will stimulate the eye the exact same way as if you put "true color" LED. Also, these things can do 10 billion different colors in a little tiny package ;)

  • do not want!! i mean it looks great and everything i just wouldn't want that in my living room--i would probably just feel sick. mad props though

  • any chance of the code?

  • i would shit my pants if i was high watching that shit lol

  • This is very cool. Did you construct this from a plan, or purchase, or invent?

  • He made it himself.

  • Welcome to the future!

  • it would be fun looking at that when ur high/drunk xD

  • i need this!

  • Pretty dope. Would you be willing to give us a schematic of the setup and the Adruino code? :)

  • Mesmerizing.

  • Got my first Arduino. Looking forward to making stuff like this!! Awesome job.
