If we're going by literal translation from Japanese it's mah-ru-shyah (マールーシャ). Although I usually do call him Mar-luk-see-ah, because it's just easier for me since I have a speech impediment and it sounds better to my ear. It's sort of like the Tidus deal, really it's pronounced Tee-dus, but I hear a lot of people say Tye-dus.
