  • So why has Andrew Adler not been arrested and charged with the same thing as this man. Andrew Adler of the Atlanta Jewish Times, wrote an article stating the Mossad (the Jewish CIA) should assassinate the president of the United States. Should this man not be jailed and put on charges for treason?

  • @interested976 one shot a gun at the white house the other did not, think about it a minute it will sink in lol

  • Time to send that guy to guantanamo bay :)

  • Hmm the guy thought wildly shooting at the whitehouse would "take care" of obama... Idk somethings fishy here... Or the dudes straight retarted

  • Hmmm Most of these nut jobs are liberals. No wonder this one didn't succeed !

  • He looks like a young Eric Roberts, with a beard.

  • I cannot say here what I really think. Barry the Bozo is the single worst scumbag to ever be in ANY public office in the history of America...the socialist communist liberal progressive movement will not now, nor ever succeed in taking away a free America...SHE will be defended to the death.

  • Obama was out of the country at the time, of course he wasn't trying to assassinate the president, are these people insane?

  • How can they charge him with trying to kill Obama when Obama was in Australia! Last time I checked a bullet can't go that far. Besides he wasn't even aiming at Australia!

  • Someone's been eating paint chips.

  • Anyone know if their trace even positively identify this guy as being the owner of the AK-47?

  • Last I saw of this case, they have zip for evidence.

  • this dude is gonna do life for sure hahahahaha...what is he thinking!?!?!?!?!!? fuckin on acid probnably

  • Am with you man I know wht your talking about.

  • X1orionx do you have a small pee pee?. Wow, little man syndrome got you down. Angry little time aren't you.

  • Y give him a trial when its not necessary anymore? Just imprison this scum bag indefinitely

  • I hope he gets a good attorney

  • Obama is a satanist, idc if he gets killed

  • He probably believes that he is not guilty, rather doing the country a favor.

  • there's no need too kill the one term fail fucking nigger the republicans will be taking back the house soon anyway Mitt Romney 2012

  • @x1Orionx lol, you're dreaming. Probably still wearing your hood as the cross burns at a synagogue. Sad.

  • @x1Orionx You spelled Ron Paul wrong

  • @TheEnneagram Get your facts straight!

  • @killbilly069 which ones?

  • Shoot at a house & trying to kill a person? That is as bad as shooting blindly into the woods & trying to kill a deer ... lol Some just don't have the skills to even be accused.

  • @SMIshroomery321 With that type of logic if you shoot at someones home and your only defense was that they were not home but you didnt know that because you got arrested and told later.....you get the point asshole.

  • I don't even know why I bothered to look at this video's comments...

  • Seems like the expression "not guilty" has lost all meaning in American legal system.

  • What's so different from that nigger Obama to someone else. I'm sure if a normal civilian got they're house shot up the cops wouldn't give a shit

  • @MEGAMONEYGAMER "that nigger"...? How charming.

p.s. "they're house" = they are house. You are truly ignorant.

  • @MEGAMONEYGAMER ... hey jackass... show some respect for the president. after all, he was & may still be likable enough to win the vote - unlike yourself.

  • Psh, he better enjoy jail, Secret Service will make his life and his family's life hell, if he ever gets out.

  • ehh, I'm kinda rootin for the guy cause I don't think the charges they gave him are fair, But then again what did yah expect shooting the Presidential house of this Nation, yah know they're dicks and are gonna punish him to the fullest cause you can't have people like this roaming the streets now can we? lol

  • This entire bullshit has been orchestrated--right down to setting up this trial on the date of the Shame of the Union address--guess you're all happy with the Presidential Reality show...

  • Barack Obama can kill Americans with the NDAA he signed into law, but we can't kill him! Remember that folks! This country is becoming such a joke. What ever happened to a constitutional form of government?

  • Obama, the auntie-Christ.

    /watch?v=Il-NVPgBlro

  • Fuck you Barry

  • This is what happens when people actually believe the bullshit that spews out of Fox "News"

  • i hope he's found Not Guilty.

  • It would kinda crazy to take him to jail black muslims want him dead aryans dont want him b/c he is latino, hispanics b/c he is a gringo. Yeah stuff crowd.

  • Yeah, sureeee...

    '

if i was firing a RPG or Bazooka into white house, and Obama wasn't there, even there's 100+ people killed, I'm NOT GUILTY for try to "Assassinate Obama"

  • Just because you shoot at the White House doesnt mean your trying to kill Obama.

  • damn illegal mexicans

  • Obama Kill toTrying to Guilty Not Pleads Man !

  • I'm pretty sure that if someone wanted Obama dead they would make sure it was done not a bullshit attempt!

  • I was just at the white house, like almost around the same time this guy appeared.

  • This Video will Soon have Over millions of Views..

Like if you think im right ,

  • @purerang907 no

  • aww shit i love myself...forever alone

  • @TheEnneagram GW Bush was born in Conn. Did I melt your mind. Why would a govt be outsmarted but you on your computer can be so clever? lol

  • @J5MARLON And "Barack" is an ineligible fraud, guilty of high treason whcih is punishable by death. Cheers.

  • @TheEnneagram wow you are fucking stupid

  • @utubeaccount00 Maybe, maybe not. I'm not on trial here. POTUS is.

  • @TheEnneagram Death, how barbaric... it's a shame that we 21st century humans still think killing another human being is morally right... oh that's right, not all of us are living in the 21st century, how naive am I... -_-

I don't even own my original birth certificate... my mom has it.

Also, if Obama did present an "original" as you want it, you'd prolly still claim it being fake anyway, so it's a no win scenario for him... so get off your high horse... Mitt Romney's dad wasn't even born...

  • ... here, and that's a fact, and he still ran for president in 1968... what do you say about that?

  • @CJCA915 death when was that mentioned?

  • @CJCA915 I don't make up the military codes for impersonating the Commander-in-Chief and starting wars, so I won't comment on the level of barabarism. The birth certificate is a drop in the bucket, since his father was NEVER a US citizen anyway. So, like Mitt, he's a fraud. Unlike Mitt, he's apppinted a cabinet and signed laws into effect. If Mitt were POTUS, he'd deserve death, too. Cheers.

  • @TheEnneagram Obama's father didn't have to be born here... if Obama was born here, where his parents were born is not relevant... since he was born on US soil... derp. Obama's parents could of been from the moon, if Obama was born here, where they were born doesn't matter.

No one deserves death... and exactly, it's barbaric, regardless of who made it up... it's not logical for 21st century civilized human beings...

  • @CJCA915 You're not familiar with the Constitution, are you? Perhaps you were educated in American public schools, which would account for the knowledge gap.

Eligibilty for POTUS requires birth to TWO citizens of the USA, in order to prevent multiple loyalties, presumably. Considering his NWO agenda to destroy US sovereignty, I'd say his loyalty is doubtful, but the NAU is a separate crime.

So long as the USA continues to exist, the requirement is that POTUS be born of TWO citizens, not one.

  • @TheEnneagram Actually, I took Army JROTC in high school, and we learned about the Constitution, and a friend of mine on here, ProfMTH is well versed in Constitutional Law...

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications one must meet to be eligible to the office of president. A president must:

    be a natural born citizen of the United States;

    be at least thirty-five years old;

have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.

  • A person who meets the above qualifications is still disqualified from holding the office of president under any of the following conditions:

Under the Twenty-second Amendment, no person can be elected president more than twice. The amendment also specifies that if any eligible person who serves as president or acting president for more than two years of a term for which some other eligible person was elected president, the former can only be elected president once.

  • Scholars disagree whether anyone no longer eligible to be elected president could be elected vice president, pursuant to the qualifications set out under the Twelfth Amendment.

Under Article I, Section 3, Clause 7, upon conviction in impeachment cases, the Senate has the option of disqualifying convicted individuals from holding other federal offices, including the presidency.

  • Under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, the Constitution prohibits a person from becoming president who swore an oath to support the Constitution and later rebelled against the United States. However, the Congress, by a two-thirds vote of each house, can remove the disqualification.

  • @CJCA915 that's in reference to southern confederates during the civil war. they don't invoke that anymore. it's still valid, but slight dated, because what could be considered as "rebelling" nowadays anyway?

  • @KlingonSpider True, but I'm just explaining what determines presidential eligibility to user "TheEnneagram." Since they seem to think that to run for President, you must have 2 natural US born parents...

  • @CJCA915 lol, oh okay. yeah, some people... keep up the public service. carry on

  • @CJCA915 Thanks for the detail. I'll review it. If he's eligible, he's eligible. Nevermind that he's a liar and criminal. I honestly don't care about that as much, since it's par for the course anyway. I do wonder why "Barry" spends millions avoiding the issue. Anyway, it'll be heard in open court this week in GA. Thanks again for the detailed follow-up. Much appreciated.

  • @TheEnneagram What politician isn't a liar and a criminal... no politician is 100% honest, regardless of what they say... and besides, I'm more proud of Obama than I would of been with McCain... and since the GOP aren't making it hard this coming election, Obama will likely get re-elected...

I love how you call him by his supposed real name...

Ah, that GA ballot challenge crap... I hope that shit doesn't win... that crap is lame.

  • @CJCA915 We'll see. My interest is in the truth, not in removing him from office. Above and beyond that, though, it's fair to say that pride may be the ugliest of the seven deadlysins, and definitely one that leads more easily to the others, like a gateway drug. In an enlightened society, we would be humbled by our leaders, not proud of them. And perhaps if we were free of pride, they would be unable to lie to us and exploit us. Anyway, thanks again, really.

  • @TheEnneagram Well, I don't see pride as a bad thing in and of itself... everyone has pride, it's actually a very good thing, if people didn't have pride, then they'd never feel good about themselves... a synonym for pride is self-worth... now I do think some people are way to egotistical, and I don't believe in "sins." Sure I do see things as right and wrong, in a subjective manner, but sin is such a objective religious term... and is used on petty crap.

  • @CJCA915 There's just no such thing as good pride and bad pride, alas.

The vice of pride revolves around a cognitive error telling us that we can actually create the things that make us proud. I'm no churchgoer, but only God can "make" a cup of coffee.

Belief in sin has nothing to do with it. Sloth, wrath, pride, envy, avarice, gluttony and lust are all real. Fortunately, so are action, serentity, humility, equanmity, nonattachment, gratitude and inncence.

  • @TheEnneagram On the contrary... having pride in ones work isn't bad in my opinion...

Well, I don't believe in a god, because I also like finding out what's true... when it comes to the natural world, etc. and a gods evidence lacks majorly.

I don't see nothing wrong with lust, pride, or envy... only religious dogma, specifically Christian moral tradition tells us they are bad...

Now, avarice aka extreme greed for wealth or material gain, sloth aka lazy is bad, but not a sin type bad...

  • ... wrath aka inordinate and uncontrolled feelings of hatred and anger, that can be bad, but the pure feeling is not bad... unless you want to punish people for thought crimes...

Gluttony can be bad, if placed in the wrong things...

Lust usually thought of as excessive thoughts or desires of a sexual nature... is natural to humans, biological evidence has proven this... as it has in all mammalians.

Now the religious view of pride is a bit restricting, ...

  • ... as it says pride is identified as a desire to be more important or attractive than others, failing to acknowledge the good work of others, and excessive love of self (especially holding self out of proper position toward God).

Well, throwing out the god aspect, since I don't believe, when you get to the point of what it's defined above, it's no longer pride in my opinion, it's egotism... everyone has pride in something, to some degree... be it their success, etc.

  • @CJCA915 Respectfully, your grasp of avarice is as loose as your grasp of pride. I admit, they're wily specimens. Yu may not believe in God, but you surely believe in words and concepts. I prefer being and experience, though I didn't always. It took me plenty of time to learn the difference. What I'm trying to describe is beyond thoughts and opinions or your cultural attachments.

  • @TheEnneagram Well, the definition for avarice and pride came from Google... and pride has many definitions... the first being "A feeling or deep pleasure or satisfaction derived from one's own achievements, the achievements of those with whom one is closely associated, or from qualities or possessions that are widely admired."

Belief has many definitions as well, however, I don't really believe in words or concepts, ...

  • ... the only things I do is accept or deny based on evidence, now I do believe there are other species out there on other planets... that could be regarded as a belief, however, when it comes to things on this planet to what we can prove, etc. most of what I do is accept or deny, for example I accept evolution, & deny creationism based on evidence for the former & not the latter, and I'm not talking about things in a spiritual sense... I have pride if myself, I'm proud of who I am, & there's...

  • ... absolutely nothing wrong with that, because I don't take it to an egotistic level... I don't claim I'm better than everyone else, or that I have a moral high ground, etc.

  • I have pride in myself*

  • @CJCA915 There's an antidote for that ...

  • @TheEnneagram Antidote for what? Pride?

Not really... well, if you let peoples crap lower your self esteem, etc.

If you don't take pride in anything, then you'll never be happy... if you're happy about something and proud of what you did or do, then you have pride, period. Pride = proud, proud is a synonym to pride...

So, I take pride in my work, aka I'm proud of my work...

You can say all kinds of shit, you're not going to change my mind, at being proud of myself...

  • @CJCA915 Good luck with that dead end of yours ...

  • @TheEnneagram I don't consider it a dead end, my pride keeps me moving forward... makes me strive to do better... I'm a very big optimist.

  • @CJCA915 Pride is absolutely NOT the same as self-esteem. Actually, it's almost the opposite. Pride comprises the lies you tell yourself in order to withstand the shock of your many contradictions.

And optimism is NOT the same as having a 'positive outlook'. An optimist is one who consistently produces large volumes of high quality work. If you were an optimist, you'd have no need (or time) for pride.

Anyway, I can see that you live in a bowl of words. This discussion begins to bore me. Thanks.

  • @TheEnneagram Proud is a synonym for pride... so any time you are proud, you have pride...

Well, you can look at it that way, but I have pride in many things, such as making the world a better place for all people, etc.

According to Merriam Webster, optimism is:

    - a doctrine that this world is the best possible world

    - an inclination to put the most favorable construction upon actions and events or to anticipate the best possible outcome

    thefreedictionary. com/optimist

  • You're thinking of the word 'optimum' meaning:

    - the amount or degree of something that is most favorable to some end; especially : the most favorable condition for the growth and reproduction of an organism

    - greatest degree attained or attainable under implied or specified conditions

Which is from the word optimal...

    thefreedictionary . com/optimal

I think you need to learn your words.

  • @CJCA915 more words ...

  • @CJCA915 You do believe in words, perhaps too much, Yet no dictionary will tell you what they mean, only how they're used.

The defintions of many common words would surprise you (person, weird, etc.). To learn them, you must study etymology.

HUBRIS or AVARITIA are just not American ideas. Neither are the others. Google wont help you there. You cannot hope to understand everything from the vantage of your own experience, at least not yet. You need concrete points of reference, not opinions.

  • @CJCA915 Yes, go on. Those are the principles. What does the rest say?

  • @TheEnneagram I just posted the rest in comments below this one...

    Also, read this:

    urbanlegends.about . com/od/barackobama/a/obama_citizen.htm

  • @TheEnneagram in what reality do you live in where potus is 'on trial' now and wasn't when bush was starting multiple illegal wars and passing the patriot act?

  • @utubeaccount00 Barry's case will be tried this week in open court in GA. If Bush was dragged into a court of law, I'm sorry I missed it. Bush is a war criminal by any defintion, but you're changing the subject. In any case, they have the same boss.

  • @TheEnneagram No cheers you want a good conspiracy nothing can beat the freemasion bonesman that dodge the draft did not show up to national guard duty. failed in all business efforts. Won the presidency illegally and caused the country to go bankrupt with the same business efforts that caused other big business to fail. So keep your black boogie man jive nothing cant beat that hillbilly nepotist. Oh and reasons for Iraq were a lie and at least Obama did a draw down.

  • @J5MARLON It's not a contest, Nutsmudge. They're all bad apples. The point is to reboot the system, not play cock-fight over who commits bigger crimes. The fact is that they're all RED SHIELD agents anyway, and they deserve ... well you get the picture. So again I say cheers.

  • @TheEnneagram Only you have a picture of bigfoot.

  • @J5MARLON I thought Bigfoot was the President. Are you saying the President is a hoax, too? That just blows a huge hole in my theory about the Rothschild family. Shucks.

  • @TheEnneagram You are childish, pretentious, sophomoric, cynical, and a iconoclast. You and folks like you is whats wrong with the country.

  • @TheEnneagram I'm sure you were just as eager to get Romney's tax returns, right?

  • @GladiatorGT Not really. I'm a bit more concerned that his father was was a Mexican citizen, though. I don't care about Mitt's tax returns because they contain no surprises. It's a nonissue, when you come right down to it.

  • @TheEnneagram He has already proven his eligibility so where have you been?

  • @killbilly069 No, he has not. He continues to spend millions to avoid the issue, though. He's supposed to appear this week in open court in GA, which he'll no doubt as the coward he is. Meanwhile, more and more states are uniting to try his eligibility to be placed on their ballots. The Federal cases has been suppressed, but at the state level the cause is only gaining momentum.

  • @TheEnneagram Why is it so important for you to have every single detail about Obama...? Are you really worried about him having some fake identity?

  • @Mikkhep barry's such an outright sham, it's no longer in question...no wonder we've gone from First to Worst in education among "civilized" nations--in one generation's time.

  • @On3StupidMan Your YouTube account name suits you well...

  • @Mikkhep The importance is for his own defense in court. The sane move would be to lynch him, drag him out onto K Street and cut his throat, but that would be illegal. So the due process is for his benefit, not ours.

Worried about a fake ID? In his case? HELL YES !!!

Regardless of my worries, though, the burden of proof is on him. He has much to hide, and the seams are starting to show.

  • @TheEnneagram So Romney's tax returns are a non-issue, but Obama's kindergarten records and marriage records are?

  • @GladiatorGT Tax returns are NOT a constitutional requirement. They'd be nice to see, but again, they will harbor no surprises.

I do not like or trust Mitt Romney, but for better or for worse, he is who he says he is, and his whereabouts over the course of his life are well known.

Why does NOBODY remember "Barack" ffrom his school days? If ever there a Manchurian Candidate, it's him.

  • Because shooting at the whitehouse in general means assasination.

I'd shoot at the white house too. It's full of dumb asses. I'm not tryin to kill anybody, i'm just mad at it being full of dumb asses xD

  • @peepeevagi Well, shooting at the white house LIVING QUARTERS, telling someone you're going to "take care" of the president, and saying Obama is the "anti christ". Yes, that's attempted assasination even if he was too stupid to make a decent attempt.

  • @peepeevagi Yes, fining a weapon towards a house (any house) should be considered anger management. If only all peoples were as smart as you.

  • @peepeevagi Secret Service will be at your doorstep in 30 minutes.

  • @Zuzmaw They gave me a steak. O.o

  • @peepeevagi Soon they will be giving you penis.... IN PRISON!

  • @Zuzmaw Oooo. I'm being held held against my will and repeatedly forced to take it in the rear? Sounds kinky n_n

  • wow

  • i love u 1st viewer :)
