I found that stomping/de-limbing dead bodies does help. The infectors will ignore the dismembered bodies. However, you gotta get at least 3 limbs off. That infector at 6:37 completely ignored the corpse at the chair that you dismembered. Usually people don't shoot the corpse and the infector infects it.

I can prove you wrong! The most awesome mute character is Gordon Freeman, he says nothing, and has an awesome personality that you get attached to easily.

Isaac doesn't have the same draw as Mr. Freeman, but he still has a personality. And if you really pay attention, he's quite the social butterfly! ....well not so much, but somewhat...

@Tatsudoshi He's like that in Dead Space 2 and the creators took away Issacs silent roll they are making him talk and he is going ot take charge but there is one drawback Issacs mind is heavily corrupted because of the marker all in all Dead Space 2 is going to be epic
