how are these headsets for halo 3 becuase people say on the astro a40 you can hear like weopans spawn and you can hear where gunshots are coming from and you can hear over sheilds spawning. and i only play halo 3 not cod so pls pls help me ill subscribe
@HARDCOREGAMERs1 Hello my friend! Umm ok listen the Turtle Beach X41 is a Casual Headset. For casual play. The Astro A40 is a professional headset and it has no bass. The X41 has bass. Bass sometimes drounds out small sounds like you are explaining. If you plan to make money playing games (Tourneys LAN and offline) i suggest you get the Astro A40 but if you just play at nights and want that surround sound feel just invest in the X41. Both are good headsets. Just decide which ones best for you.

@CAM4425 The A40 is sponsored by MLG, that doesn't make it a professional headset, a pair of Sennheisers paired with the mixamp is the best you can get, the TB HPX is another alternative that is better sounding than the A40's.
The mixamp is the only good thing about the A40 kit.
Imo the A40's look great and are good for Lan's etc because you don't lose your headset or get it mixed up with the customizable speaker tags but the A40's are now outdated and outclassed in sound quality.
