Aaaargh, poles everywhere! Awesome build! Don't give up. Do you think the trailing edge flaps act as down force elevators causing the nose down pitch? When I first experimented with flaps on my edf jets, I had to mix in some up elevator to compensate for the down force the flaps created when the flaps extended down.
