Neck Pain

Not very much solutions through the making. I sleep sideways. Do you think that causes my neck pain? My pain is striking right down into my left side of my neck/shoulder blade.

@TheYaom Yes I do. All the time actually. I was thinking about getting those needle therapy.

here are my symptoms

*upper back pain

*sometimes shoulders hurt

*sides of the neck can hurt a bit

*weird annoying sensation on the back of the head (where the neck and head meet)

* occasional tension headaches

*when the back of the head becomes tight I feel all this like pins sensation back there that makes it sensitive a bit

Is this exactly what u feel?

yes but we have to say that they still not have so many valid soultuins over neck problems, maybe temporary solutions.

Also it is very hard to diagnose problems in this region of the spine
