  • It looks real... I mean, real scale size... Very good!

  • How many times did the train derail in this video?

  • i have a railroad simmulair to this but theres a lot of blind spots so you can't see the train at times and one of the times i was running it and i went inside for a sec and came back out and the train never returned it was a Pennsylvania with 20 box cars so i tried to look for it a hole day and couldn't find it 2 days later i found it under water in a 8 inch pond wich was beneath a huge ravine i carved out with a nice bridge i made and i couldint see the train cause it was muddy the train died

  • "this railroad was scrapped" what a shame it was so nice!

  • Scrapped Oh man to bad that was a great rr

  • Beautiful layout !

Very realistic track , i love the real balast, black balast in the yard, telephone poles and weathered water tower !!!

  • Man...that is one of the coolest things I have seen...must have taken alot of work and time to build.

  • awww man....i wish i could have it........

  • Wow, very good railway. I want one for transport my G.I.JOE vehicles collection.

  • The demise of any railroad is a tragedy.

  • I just wanted to say how nice it was of your neighbors to build their houses to your scale. !!??

  • Growing up in Cincinnati, there has been a lot of track abandoned. This looked very close to the real things. Sorry you have to take it down. Visually, it is as good as it gets.

  • Wow!! The title of your video reads "garden railroad" but your accuracy to scale still caused my son and me to wonder about the giant fence and buildings in the background. This was a great layout and we are sad to read about it being scrapped.

    Great Video!!

  • Abandoned! Say it ain't so!!

  • @DaleksAreSupreme01 Almost everything is made from scratch. Some of the large signals can be purchased and operated with infared but the hoods were made from aluminum sheeting.

  • Vary COOL!!! Nice lay out. I worked on live steam lay out in Fairfax CA.

  • @DaleksAreSupreme01 the ballast is harvested from a granite outcropping about 15 miles from my house

  • Very impressive garden railway. Such a long and interesting track.

Thank you for showing this video...

  • til you get to the house,, this is the most realstic garden railroad ive seen

  • You aughta go through and get all the ballast out from in-between the rails. seems to be derailing your camera car!

  • @mountainlova1009 Looks like a good tamping and surfacing job is in store!

  • That is awesome you put a lot of work into it! It looks so realistic.

  • impressive piece of work

  • THAT is fantastic! great job, looks real

  • damn! if there was no title for this video i would think that this is a real video of a train with a cam stuck to the front!

  • That is one dodgey railroad hahaah awsome

  • nice touch with the cattleguard, havent seen that before on this scale

  • Not perfect and not bad- just awensome

  • WOW !!! YOUR RAILROAD IS AWESOME !!!

I LOVE THE DETAIL YOU INCORPORATED

INTO IT, WITH THE OUT BUILDINGS AND

THE OVERHEAD SIGNALS . THE BALLAST

IS PERFECT ! WHAT SCALE ARE YOU

    RUNNING ? I'M GUESSING 1" INCH SCALE ?

  • Good God...thats the worst track work I have ever seen!!! How do you stay on the rails??

  • WOW!!! What kind of track is that?

  • WTF!! THAT is really GREAT WORK!!

  • I thought it was going to derail in spots, majorally.

  • track looks like it could use work in some spots, rather wavy, I'd at least run slower, I wish i could build one this big!

  • Awesome line-side features, great run - amazing video, one of the best garden RR vids on youtube!

  • There were times I had a hard time believing that wasn't a real train line. Excellent job!

  • Awesome! Nice trackside structures, signs, signals, cattle guards...

uncluttered with smooth curves. Great ride!

  • Awesome layout!!

Look fwd to seeing some above shots say from the RC Helicopter...LOL

No really, would love to see some runbys in various locations.

Great Footage and again, Great Layout!! adding to my Favorites

    WCR

  • Do you still have derailment problems? and WFT!!!!!! What do you have like a F**kin shrink ray or sometin? Looks so real!!!

  • Realistic rail line.

  • It's not a steam locomotive, it was a goose

  • Where's the engine, the sound of whistle and the bell in this video? But nice Garden Railway of course but need more accessories.

  • It's a cattle guard

  • @dylanfreeski123

Thank you for the answer. And what does make a cattle guard?

  • @dylanfreeski123

It is ok, I was no google.

    Thank you.

  • I like this video, but what is that for element on the track, by minute 1:11?

    2 thumbs up !!!

  • is the rocks under ur track not have cement glue to keep them off the track im suprised it didnt derail, nice view of the mountains.

  • Very realistic looking. Nice job.

  • Thanks you everyone for the comments but I must inform you that much of this railroad no longer exists. The whole end out with the bridge and the building and everything is gone, the layout is much shorter now.

  • I, for one, am stunned by how beautiful this railroad is. I only hope that mine comes even close to what yours has become. Thank you for the video.

  • If you had sound on that locomotive(s) it would look like for sure the real thing. The Telephone poles and the trackwork are outstanding. I thought it was real when I watched. Except for the lack of sound on the locomotive that is. Well done~

  • its a goose

  • Ah okay. Still that's pretty awesome layout. I still keep thinking it's a real railroad ^^

  • Rough ride

  • it would take alot of time to make it smooth

  • nice

  • Amazing. You have a VERY big garden - more like a ranch! How long did it take you to build it? Looks like a major engineering project - and a very expensive one too!

  • Very nice! I also like the way you have used the surrounding scenery well to make it look real. Some of that trackwork looks real scary though, definitely time to get the track workers out to do some repairs! I would like to see mor eof your trains, but some of your videos don't seem to be working :o( Keep up the good work and post more!

  • did you ever see real tracks? they are never straight....wobble a lot.........I enjoyed the ride......

  • have you ever seethe tracks for european highspeed-trains like the french TGV or the german ICE?

    They are pretty straight! ;-)

Anyway, I love this one here, beautiful!!

  • For the first 20 seconds i thought it was real! Then came the giant plants lol

  • OMG I THOUGHT IT WAS REAL.

  • ya me to :|

  • very nice , speed of the train and the spacing of poles etc and other scenery, also noticed the rock cut with the waste rock makes it appear as mosr prototypical, just wish my spellling was better

  • looks real, until the fence posts appeared, thought it was on ful lscale RR

  • WOW....even though the driven speed seems to be a bit hazardious for some parts of the roadbed.

You have just to call the MOW to do some filling and straighting. After that, it will be one of the best Layouts ive ever seen.

    WOW..

  • What kind of camera is that?

  • fujifilm finepix s700

  • built them from scratch out of styrene

  • Where did you get your signals from if you don't mind me asking?

  • Wow That Looks Very Realistic

  • dat shit looks real

  • nice rr,........but please.........FIX THE TRACK, the camra car derails like 4 times

  • I agree, it looks great, but runs less than great. I noticed several places where the track is severely warped. The gravel all over the tracks don't help either...

  • Really great job, I like how you played off your surroundings! Thats a nice long loop for 400 ft as well!

  • OMG it looks damn real!!

  • teehee this is kewl

  • 400 feet bro!

  • great line-side details.

  • Dylan nice video, The Regal here from MyLargeScale train site. How many feet of track, do you run battery or track power rc????????? You are a very imaginative young person, keep up the good work, be talkin at you on MyLargeScale The BlueRegal
