@llXxKhaosxXll 21 inches length and 17 inches width, this size is a medium also. So if you can wear a medium jacket vest than this will fit you.

@winmuch Yes it will fit you if your 5'5 + or taller. It will maybe show a bit of your waist, but it can give some protection!
the rings are for a hydration carrier hose.
and those loops at the bottom are for a duty belt.
