Chris Peterson is great, leading a small college from not a competetive league (WAC) to two major Bowl championships. Unbelievable trick plays and getting most out of players. They are not even getting 5-star, 4-star players like other colleges do.

I agree. It was a 35 game winning streak versus a 19 game winning streak... Vince Young's performance literally caused my jaw to drop. USC knew what he was going to do, but they could do nothing to stop him. Young single-handedly dominated a dynasty. It would have been like somebody dominating the 90's Bulls dynasty.

i swear the hook and ladder is one of those plays u only really pull out once every 20-30 years lol. like if any team at any level saw someone set up for a lateral after a catch like this dude did theyd sniff it out quickly. u pretty much have to wait untill all the kids that saw this grow up and new kids that dont have this INGRAINED into their SKULLS come into the game

Greatness is all I can say. I remember watching this game and I doubt I will ever forget it. I loved seeing Bob Stoops' face after Boise State pulled off that last trick play to win the game.... SO HILARIOUS!!!

This game told the world that Boise State, a small Division I school, belonged. I was so happy when they won since OU has always been cocky and arrogant. I was happy Boise State put them in their place. That statue of liberty play was beautiful.

Man, as a Texas fan this game made me smile and frown at the same time I smiled because OU to me is the cockiest team I've ever seen and they continually got it handed to them by BSU, but I wanted them to win so the Big XII doesnt get embarrassed again by them. But even to this day, they make the Big XII look like shit.

Epic Indeed this game had it all David vs Goliath, the most thrilling and fun game ever and of course an underdog that nobody gave a chance to even compete stunned one of the favorite teams of that season =)

I agree. It was a 35 game winning streak versus a 19 game winning streak... Vince Young's performance literally caused my jaw to drop. USC knew what he was going to do, but they could do nothing to stop him. Young single-handedly dominated a dynasty. It would have been like somebody dominating the 90's Bulls dynasty.
