(may be called different name, I'm not sure) But why do you think that when you change gear on a mx bike without a clutch that you don't hear the grinding noise that you normally do on a road bike? Or a car even. Because they have crash gearbox's. Ask anyone on here that knows how to ride a bike. I've been doing it since I ever learned how to ride and I haven't had a problem yet. Add one tooth to the front sprocket...........I raced a 1992 WR250 from Yamaha for several years...It was so much fun on a long straight to blow by people on motocross bikes...The WR had a low 1st and a tall 4th and 5th.....The 2nd and 3rd was the same as a YZ...
