It could be lots of things. From what I am aware most normal people eat the egg yolk. It could be some sort of bird that you pluck and throw away the bones, or a fish that you de-scale and throw away the bones. or some other animal that you skin and throw away the bones. or a fruit that you peal and throw away the seed.
