now here's what i don't understand. min is correct but Q1, median, q3, max don't match the number.

supposedly your max is 2.8 but on the graph it is about 25

Hey im currently using excel 2003 do you know where the switch row and column button is?

@NoHatinNoJealous I'm not sure exactly. On the chart toolbar there should be two buttons that say "By Row" and "By Column." Try messing with those to see if it gives you the same effect. I hope that helps!
