That is why the grand jury will not here this case because it is more important that the Grand Jury finds out if a baseball player took steroids. Obama was born in Hawaii (US soil), making him a citizen at birth jus soli (right of soil/territory).
His mother was an American, also making him a citizen at birth jus sanguinis (right of blood).
Citizen at birth = natural born citizen. Obama is a natural born American.
Children cannot renounce their US citizenship. Parents cannot renounce it for them.
Please feel free to cite the actual law that specifies that one has to be an Indonesian citizen to attend school in Indonesia.
