And it's recycling sea water and using less chemicals, I think it's a great idea that you can enjoy the water safely and still get ocean views. @011010 I think is mostly a cultural thing. I guess australians got the surfing thing from the natives who probably used to brave the waves to go from island to island in the Pacific. In Chile there was never such a tradition, everybody has lived inshore or in the cost without any need or taste for sea navegation--except for the big sailing boats after the Conquest of course. I used to go to Algarrobo since I was a kid and I never saw anybody caring for surfing--or baseball, or rugby, or skying
