Ok - It seems like every video posted that's from the old school or reminds us of how we use to do it, I see the same comments (we need to go back). We talk about it, but I don't think we seriously want to go back. A shift has taken place in gospel music bigtime! The people singing it are new to the game and the old singers are conforming! This is what I'm used to, and I'm only 20. We still sing these songs at my church nearly every sunday. I don't need a team of people who may or may not be living right, to pump or pry me to praise God, because I can praise him just fine on my own

Bishop Ellis was the presiding Bishop of the PAW of Georgia State Council. I was a child in the Apostolic Holiness church when Bishop Ellis passed. But the Vision that God had for Him passed on with his son Bishop Charles H. Ellis. My background is Apostolic Holiness even though I go to a Baptist Church now. But I still remember those ole songs that brought me this far in life.

I love and enjoy listening to Bishop Ellis via YouTube! Most, if not all of the songs and hymns he sang, I grew up listening to them! I'm from Little Rock, AR (Arkansas) and I remember hearing of his passing! He was definitely a blessing to the body of Christ! Rest on Bishop!!!
