  • I love that the supposed SPECIAL child was mature enough to forgive the mistake when her nutso Mum's still ready to start a war.

  • It's sad to lose teeth, irreplaceable teeth

  • So can anyone explain why none of the 3 standards Harvey talked about apply here?

  • The D probably didnt call because she knew the P was a nut.

  • T he D needs to get a restraining order against the P. 3:10 That is a scary threat.

  • She threatened the defendant right on national tv...she truly is a nut.

  • please lady, take a breath!!! lol

  • "amen!" LoL

  • This why I don't date black women. LOL. (DISCLAIMER: Im black, so I can say that) LOL

  • I think the defendant acted the way she did because the other mother was a wild crazy lady. I'd be afraid of her, too.

  • @guitarcomet5 I dont think so - yes she might come off crazy but i really think she was being protective twords her vulnerable adult daughter.

  • All I can say is RIGHT!!!

  • @timmastie Right!

  • Thanks for posting this vintage Milian! Loved it!

  • How can she get away with all those threatening inside the courtroom.

  • I think we all know why she didnt call... damn she wouldnt stop.

Accidents happen. You shouldnt be held responsible for childplay where both were involved

  • The only reason some people are on this planet is to entertain the rest of us........and to lower property values

  • I think the 19 year old daughter, Nicole, is a sweety. I wish her well. I feel sorry she has a crazy momma like that.

  • Both of those black bitches are dumb as hell!

  • Wait who's the bailiff? Where's Douglas...

  • @hsmbadboi08 That's Davy Jones. He was Marilyn Milian's first bailiff for a few weeks prior to Douglas

  • @MasterWeb1987 Davy Jones? Really? That's awesome.

  • Wow, could you imagine living next to that immature loud mouth? I just feel sorry for the kids.

  • The plaintiff is a bit much. i never condone violence, but she needs a punch in her f'in face. Twice.

  • Harvey was brutal back in the day!!!

  • this has got to be one of the most loudest case ever. lol

  • Harvey looked even dorkier back then

  • @ 00:17 the guy cuts her off hahahahaha

  • Judge Milian didnt have fake nails back then, just saying :)

  • Epic beard bro!

  • White people are just racist bastards, and any racism from black people or other people of color is just a defensive reaction to the white racism. White people really need to examine themselves.

  • 0:32 listen fart

  • i feel like the plaintiff should have won, and the defendant should shove it for her attempt to get 3000 off a the mother of a child who's teeth are missing due to her daughters. She knows her daughters were responsible and she still sued her. what a bitch. and then she's all like "I'm sorry" ain't nobody hearing that, bitch.

  • If Judge Judy got this case it would've lasted...three minutes and her throwing the woman out would be hysterical.

  • Judge Judy would have dismissed this case in 10 seconds... "right?"

  • Sorry judge, but the people in front of you are in for the money...

  • @veshijr101

    Absolutely.

  • somehow i love the plaintiff , even i dont like those yelling ppl:)

  • She's believes it's okay to shout, threaten and abuse as much as she likes, as long as she apologises afterwards. No, that's not the way an adult acts.

  • People get legal obligations and moral obligations mixed up. It would have been reasonable for the D to pay her for 1/2 the dental bill. It's not something she has to do legally, but it's something she should do.

  • who the fuck is crazy enought to marry a 24/7 loud bomb mouth? gee i feel sorry for the husband

  • i can see why the defendant didn't say anything to that wild woman, there is no reasoning with her. she just screams and over talks everybody. i wouldn't have said anything either for fear of my life.

  • Jiggabooooooooooos are commenting nonsense.

  • In the still photos, they used the Liquify filter in Photoshop to make her look thinner (for some reason) and she looks awful. Milian has had a few cosmetic surgery touches (eyes done for one thing), but in this case, it has enhanced her looks as it should. She looks so much better now then she did then. She took good care of herself plus she was beautiful to start with.

  • @reymatt76 um ladies and makeup can do miraculous things. I don't think she has had surgery.

  • video is very slow in uploading

  • ZZZIP IT!!! DANG!!! You can hear her from China!

  • "Too legal for me" , Harvey is a lawyer, well at least claims to be.

  • I counted the number of times the plaintiff said the word "right." She used it correctly ten times and she used it at the end of the sentence 36 times.

  • someone needs to put a gag in that ghetto bitches mouth.

  • "I think that she is not vicariously liable because that child did not have-"

"Too long of a reply dumbass, going inside the courtroom!"

  • @sakume I know, right? Some people think just because the camera is on them, they have to sound like they have a degree from Yale and isht. . .she prolly rehearsed that right before she begged to get on the mike.

    Dumbass for real.

  • I think the Plaintiff mother is the Special Needs Child and the Plaintiff's daughter is the normal one ONLY she lQQks MORE off than her mother but acts MORE normal. Did that make sense?

  • @kalmanizer

    Yeah. It does.

  • The plantiff ends with a threat: "I know what I'm gonna do to you!" Good grief.

Chances are, it wouldn't matter when the apology came, the plaintiff is crazy.

  • The first 20 seconds of this is hilarious alone. He might as well say "Shut up you two, no-one cares what you black people think." Now before I get trolled I AM black and I know the guy isn't being racist whatsoever.

  • I love how nice Harvey and hallway guy are in the early episodes. Now they're just total dickheads. :/

  • This lady makes African American people look so bad. She defines the stereotype that black people won't shut up and can't have an educated conversation. Even in a courtroom, she won't shut up! "RIGHT?"

  • @jahazielgarcia sweetie so what stereotype did the defendant perpetrate? she wasn't loud, ghetto or ignorant.

that 1 loud crazy lady doesn't represent all of the black american people. i know plenty of BA's who don't act nothing like this lady.

    be blessed.

  • @CreamyButta

Well, of course i don't think one person can define an entire race. And that was not at all my point. In fact, i didn't even hint that at all. I believe you totally missed my point. In my opinion, this lady epitomizes the steroetype of a black woman who won't be quiet long enough to manage a conversation in which 2 people can make equal dialogue.

And in my opinion, i do believe she was loud and ignorant. "Ghetto" is a matter of perspective.

  • @jahazielgarcia Good morning sweetie that was also my opinion of the plaintiff hence my first sentence in the earlier post. i asked what stereotype did the defendant perpetrate because to me she is a representations of the majority of the black american women i know. unfortunately she was overshadowed by craziness, ignorance and loudness

    be blessed

  • @CreamyButta "don't act nothing" is not proper English, not even proper American English. A double negative equals a positive. Just saying.

  • @CreamyButta "don't act nothing" is not proper English, not even proper American English. A double negative equals a positive. Just saying. Be blessed (not patronised)

  • @MinnieMouse1975 Hello Minnie sweetie

    what kind of English is " i don't give a shit" ?

make the upcoming week a blessed one.

  • @CreamyButta "I don't give a shit" is better. It actually makes sense. Well done.

  • Sorry Colon.....

  • I hate to tell that ignorant pig, but at 2:40, she tries to act cute and coy.."Oh, for real, I'm like that, I'm like that" What the hell is that?? Honey, I'm here to tell you, YOU'RE NEITHER!!!

  • Those poor children.

  • I kept waiting for her to bust out the "Holy Roller" moves, you know that bitch speaks in tongues. It's sad that the children were the only ones acting with civility in the courtroom, especially at the end when Cody said she forgave thme, brought a tear to my eye.

  • "I know what I'm gonna do to you" Right?? I would go straight to the police dept and file a complaint. The woman, and I use this word lightly, is, straight up, a freaking bully!!! Come on, 7 months later. That was a load of b.s.

  • @418sadeyes I would be filing a restraining order against her in a heart beat. Might even start to investigate her every move waiting for something to send her away forever with. I'm sure If one were to dig hard enough something would pop up.

  • @ETericET I'm with you!!! I also would have gotten a copy of this video and taken it to wherever one files for Restraining Orders. BTW, I DO NOT believe that small child knocked out her two bottom teeth. Hell, the daughter's bottom lip, either inside or outside, would have been cut. The plaintiff is a thug, pure and simple!!

  • Big mouth ignorant plaintiff "that ain't even right". I believe the ignorant woman meant " "That's not fair". 'right? right? right? right? right? right?

  • In the case of the plaintiff's family... who is the parent and who is the child?

It's amazing how the children, who were the cause of the problem, were able to handle the issue better than the adults.

  • @yudanielk I saw only one unreasonable adult. The defendant was never liable for anything. She knew this. She didn't have to do anything. She also acted a lot better then the plaintif.

  • @ETericET If you're talking about legality, then I agree. What I'm talking about here is the scope of decency and maturity. I was moved by how the girls were able to forgive and still be friends while their parents had to come to court to settle things. I think both the adults should have been more mature. The defendant should have definitely called to make sure things were okay when she learned the plaintiff's daughter was seriously injured. Even she confessed to that afterward...

  • @yudanielk Yes I was talking only legality. In the same situation I think I would , and have in the past checked things out to see what happened and how everyone is. I can however think of an exception. If the person in question has .. well let's just say 'problems' and also thinks that I am indeed legaly responcible for something I am not. One who also has self control issues ... I would avoid them. The plaintif hinted at revenge at the end. There is no dealing with her.

  • @ETericET If we're strictly speaking about legality then I personally agree with the judge (rarely do my opinions differ from hers). In any case, if my child were to cause an accidental or intentional injury to some other person then I would at least check the person out and get the facts straight. At least then you're not dependent on the other person's version of the story if they decide to take you to court. If you're responsible and honest, I'm sure the judge will see to it.

  • @yudanielk But please don't get me wrong. I too am happy and impressed at the level of the kids.

  • put her on judge judy.............

  • holy shit this one is funny. i watched it three times and laughed harder each time.

that woman loosing control and screaming is hysterical.

  • i like how the daughter spends the whole time trying to get her mom to shut up.

  • The defendent should have made a police report. I sure hope she did. 7 months ago this happened, (at that time) yet that loudmouth skag was still threatning the defendent.

  • Damn Harvey Levin aged BADLY! He actually looks semi decent in this episode and now he looks like the old troll that lives under the bridge!

Also, it's funny that the special needs girl (Nicole) seemed to have more sense than anyone else involved in this case!

  • Oh. My. God. That's all the words I have for this case.

  • Motormouth plaintiff, big mouth. "No it don't". "No it DOESN'T"!!!

  • should have kicked that ridiculous bitch out right away. how annoying. she gets away with so much, i've seen plenty kicked for WAYYY less.

that idiot plaintiff needs her ass kicked. what a dumb broad. she doesn't SHUT THE F UP.

    damn fool.

  • I'm so glad the plaintiff didn't win anything. That kind of behaviour doesn't deserve any sort of compensation.

  • Look at the daughter, putting a finger to her lips and shushing her mother. Roles need to be reversed there.

  • "I know what I'm gonna do to you" She just threatens her right there and nothing? XD what a dumbass.

  • that guy outside is a complete douche bag

  • @TupacTheRealest1 right... that lady is trying to explain and he cuts her off and says,"It's too legal for me." uh you have the wrong job mister!

  • @tlerwill1 Actually, he was being facious, because that poor woman made no sense, legal sense anyway.

  • The daughter is more of an adult than the mother.

  • Lol. She just pwned her mom.

  • Plaintiff is unbearable.

  • No matter the ignorance of the plaintiff with threatening the defendant, Judge Milian is sizzlin. Now that she is older, damn, Judge Milian is smokin.

  • @Mchell87 I remember this episode from 2001-02 on UPN 44 San Francisco at around 10 am-1 pm, My favorite part is 3:11 when the plaintiff threatened the defendant.

  • These kids seem more mature than the adults are.

God, is there such thing as forgiveness anymore?

  • yea, she should've paid for half the dental bill. weird ruling/law.

  • Hell hath no fury like a black woman's child's teeth getting knocked out! LOL

  • Just put two and two together and realized this is the same Harvey Levin from TMZ.com Ha!

  • This is THE BEST People's Court EVER. the plaintiff is hilarious for all the wrong reasons

  • Woah, this is an OLD episode. Thanks for posting, looks good :)

  • the plaintiff said "I know what I'm gonna do..." that is a THREAT!

  • The defendants daughter is a sweet girl her mother needs to learn from her.

  • @judewishedhimselfout Sometimes kids know better and can be more mature than adults =)

  • @judewishedhimselfout I think you meant plaintiff......and the people that liked this comment are confused too. LOLOLOL

  • @tkkamele You're right! LOL, all the girls are sweet but I was talking about the plaintiff. The people who liked it probably knew what I meant.

  • HAHAHAHA HArvey Levin used to wear a suit on Time Square!!!

  • i dont know when this was filmed but damn judge looks 10x sexier older... amazing

  • @b1ueocean I was thinking the same thing. The whole format here is just awkward. It definitely got better as it went on.

  • @b1ueocean better makeup

  • @b1ueocean thats why make up and hair stylists sometimes nake $1000 an hour...

  • @b1ueocean thats why make up and hair stylists sometimes make $1000 an hour...

  • @b1ueocean The beauty of 480p

  • @b1ueocean hell yeah she does, alot of ladies get hoter as they get older for example gillian anderson from the x-files

  • @b1ueocean You're saying she looks sexier when she's older? Nah I was about to say the exact opposite. She looks way sexier here and he's clearly younger. I didn't think she was that attractive but after seeing this I think she's damn hot!! She's too old now.

  • @VitalSigns1 Yup I agree with you. But it depends on personal taste I guess..some pple find the MILF look very attractive :)

  • @VitalSigns1 2011 50 2001 39, 40

  • @b1ueocean i agree, lol

  • @b1ueocean 2001

  • @b1ueocean cuz she got millions of dollars

  • 00:48 HAHA so funny

  • OMG after listening to the plaintiff I need a freaking xzanex.....lol. First of all she doesn't shut up and second of all it seems like her vocabulary is limited to a couple of words....right, you know what I mean, right, you know what I'm sayin, right.....holy cow.....The defendant and her children seemed very nice, polite and soft spoken. The plaintiffs daughter was also polite and seemed very nice (must take after her father) and it was funny watching her trying to hush her mother up...lol

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA ' so I know what imma do to you' 03:10

  • Bloody hell, is Harvey the faster talker or what at the start of this vid! lol - love Harvey :)

  • I don't blame the def for not calling the plaintiff. Who the hell would try and talk to that nutcase?
