After massaging a person you can stir up a lot of energy in their body and using a towel stops me conducting that energy into my hands and body. The head the hands and the feet are usually the easiest places to pick up this"negative' energy for want of a better word.

I've seen this on some of your videos but why do you use a towel at the head? Is it cause of any lotion on your hands?
