I am a teenager and I LOVE Turbo Jam. I really wish she had more success stories about teens losing weight, or had something like a Turbo 4 Teens. That would be AWESOME!!

ahan I m planing on buying turbo jam myself...can u plz tell me which workout you like the most or really see your body working and stuff...cuz it has like 5 workouts I think, so I am not sure which one to concentrate on more...wat does your experience say??

I like all the workouts on Turbo Jam especially the 20 minute workout and the Ab Jam! I lost about 10 pounds and still going at it.
