Bought a illuminated switch and a relay at Radio Shack, Carefully removed one engine mount bolt at a time.(Have a jack or blocks under the motor so it doesnt drop) and mounted then to the frame.
Ran Black wires up to the cockpit and zip tied them to the frame. Connected the relay then the switch
Took all of the excess wireing and relay and put them in the headlight housing.
I am going to be the first Victory Highball Rider to ride 1000 miles in 24 hours as certified by the Iron Butt Association. I will make the run from Portland Oregon to Missoula, MT and back. I will stamp my name in the Victory legacy.
Mind if I ask where you mounted the illuminated switch and what voltage ratings for the relay? I'm not to savvy with electronics. I appreciate it.
