I think your hamstrings are too tight which will make it hard to DL properly. I have the same problem. Try stretching your hamstrings and doing leg swings i think this will help.
sit back more to make sure your lumbar is arched... pull the bar against the shins at the bottom of the lift to make sure its as close as possible. Also like DarkDMD said you are not locking out... go all the way back but don't hyperextend.
definitely not MY first choice for music, but your back is fine. try dropping your hips some more, that enables your legs to make a bigger contribution instead of placing most of the load on your lower back.

Butt down further at the start.
Stand up straight (don't lean back) at the top and hump the bar with your pelvis.
