Neapolitan Mastiff "Big Brutus" now 1 year old

How much did he weigh then? He looks too big to be only 4 weeks in the video. I have a 7 month old female and she's only 75 pounds now, barely bigger than my 8 year old female boxer.

@fpernice518 - - at 4 weeks old he weighed about 18 pounds, at 8 weeks old he weighed 26 pounds, at 1 year old he was around 100 pounds, he is around 180 pounds now at 5 years old.

Beautiful Dog, I bet he is loyal, & Tough, I don't like all the thick wrinkled look, & in my opinion, it's can be unhealthy for the dog, & the wrong trendy people want them for fashionable reasons, than what makes a dog practical, & fit? Love the natural look, I have a brindle, not to wrinkly, & he's my shadow, & my best friend, he can be stubborn, but so can I? Thanks for sharing!

@killgreed - - - Brutus is now 5 years old - - - he is one of the babies I kept, I also kept his sister Ruby because she was such an affectionate baby - - he weighs about 180 now and a very well-adjusted dog because none of them have ever been mistreated and are house dogs. At 10 years old his sire is doing well too, and his mother at 7 years old - - she is a tawny. Brutus has more wrinkles now, see "Neapolitan Mastiffs eating beans from a spoon".

That's an UGLY Neapolitan Mastiff!! I have a Neapolitan Mastiff and he is WAY more wrinkled than him!! But it doesn't really matter because I love all animals!!! I hate how some people treat them so CRUELY!!!

nice neo my sister has a 4 year old blue girl named willow and she weighs about 155. when willow was 2 1/2 she had 14 puppies and we owned a station wagon and they took up the back 2 rows of seats.

Big Brutus is now 2 years old and has filled out a little more, they grow for 4 years, I expect he will reach 180 pounds by age 4. His head between the ears is 8 inches across. Everyone comments on how huge his head is. He gets lots of attention and thinks he's a lap dog!

Ok first off do you have the puppy with or is it still with the mother? At what age are going to be getting him? With our pups we start them on a good puppy food such as Imas smart puppy soaked in a little warm water. Give him a about a cup of food 3 or 4 times a day. As he gts older you can give him more.I would also give him about a teaspoon of yogurt and some cottage cheese for the extra calcium,as he needs this for strong bones.Because they grow so fast.

thanks for reply and feeding tips the puppy is 5 weeks old and we dont have his mother...i wana ask u a that he always start to make that puppy sound(i dont know wat to say that)whenever he is alone and i cant be with him all the time....any suggestion wat should i do
