It still scares me. When you walk in the bathroom, you'll hear it. Actually.....the other noises throughout the game is scarier.....go to the underground passage, after you get the bottle, go to the door, in the hall passed the Numb Bodies, and take a left, and you'll hear a scary scream type of noise
@csswafford I hope it still works. Youtube put the audio-qualy of 360p videos down. But in 360p mode, this video has to be stereo (it doesn't work in mono). You need your headphones.
Maybe I gonna upload this video again in 720p to improve the audio-qualy -.-
This is ultra realistic sound. I have to keep reminding my self it is the sound effect! Amazing. It even feels like the room is shaking a bit. I think because I'm using hose headphones and it has great bass reproduction. Is the whole game is binaural?
@Martins2012 No, it isn't. It wouldn't work, because binaural audio sounds strange on common speakers. But there're many of those effects in the game. I recommend to play SH3 completely with high fidelity headphones :D
I was expecting something weird, yet I still almost looked round to see if someone was coming.... it's like April 1st. You KNOW you're gonna be tricked, yet... you always (OK not all of you), fall for that old classic "You're shoes are untied" ... if you were stupid you'd look, but if you were completely insane, they'd look tied, but you'd go in for a closer look, and stare at your shoes for hours, then finally come to the conclusion they are loafers.

Yeah, it's way compressed so the effect is pretty muted. The dynamic range that contributes to the binaural's presence is mostly gone.
