How come Gears of Wars has never had any good color quality to the scenes or characters, are the players color blind, is that why? The dark color should be better, since they have no bright colors, but the dark colors looked washed, and this is their 3rd title, at this time around I thought they would do better. Take a look at Limbo, the game has only 10 tones of white and black, Jesus, the game looks awesome, Gear of Wars, no so much, and it's going to cost 50 dollars, phew, blows my mind.

Gears of War 3 has a dark tone because its now a deep personal story hearing a voice from the grave (which is Marcus' father) being re-united with the world ending, Gears of War 1 had a dark colour because it was suppost to have a horror feeling to it at times (which didn't actually work at times), and for Gears of War 2... Well thats where you've got a point. But Gears 3 (If you played the beta) looks a lot more colourful so thats a good thing.

@Bluffdarqfox Maybe this particular trailer is a little bad. I draw a lot, and colors are a big deal to me, games lacking that attribute just puts me off. Gears of Wars is kinda weird to me, but maybe the 3rd as you said is better, I haven't seen it playing on a console, maybe I should hold my judgment until then. Cheers!

And don't tell me it's my internet connection or my pc. I have an amd 1090t thuban 6 core processor, 8gb ram, an hd5770 his ati radeon, and a 500gb hdd that is running pretty damn good.
