First thing, thats a gay way to look at it. When you enter dunk contest then you go to put up the best dunks regardless of your height. So it didnt matter that dwight was taller because his dunks were much better.

second thing, shorter people have an advantage where their dunks look more gracefull.

Third, The judges do give nate extra points cause hes shorter
