You can grab a good pair of vinyl spinners for about the same as you would good cd decks anyways... i admit buying vinyl becomes stupidly addictive but its rewarding when u go into a record shop with all your wages and come out with a suitcase of 12"s....
if your serious about mixing, vinyl all the way, anyone who tells you different is a moron.
Oh and sorry one more thing to say.... mp3s take a knowledge of music format and tune slection. VINYL takes so much more skill to spin right, no matter how good u become with a pc youll never be respected as a dnb dj, until the day u buy some decks. sorry but its true.
2. Why is there so much pendulum in the mix? theres so much better dnb out there... plus 5 tunes from one artist is alot for a 2 hour mix never mind a 10min one.
3. PCs give the potential of a perfect mix everytime round... so why didnt i hear any mixing? djin is about blendin songs together to keep the energy flowing.. u just 'cut and pasted' songs together..
1. Dnb shouldnt be mixed without vinyl, it may be my opinion but at the end of the day clubs are the ones who suffer.. the sound quality of mp3 is no way near the qaulity of vinyl. Larger clubs who can afford serious pa systems are fine but what about local small clubs?
Chopping, Eqing manipulation, cueing up tunes and mixing through breakdowns for double drops, transitions that occur over lengths of 64bars and longer. Those that don't use the computer also have to beatmatch the songs and keep them locked.
u need more practice

ok, i'll try to answer to all your comments in one go =P (this is my new account btw)
1. Was my first filmed mix after having bought the console, i am abit better with it now
2. i admit, mixing with mp3 sucks and i want to buy a CD mixer, but i am seriously short on cash atm.
3. pendulum was the only artist i knew at the time!! i have enhanced my music culture ALOT now
i am more into producing my own songs rather than mixing other ppls.
sorry for having made such crap =)

LOL, well i respect you for taking so much shit on the chin... not alot of youtubers know how to take critism constructively.
DONOT DONOT DONOT buy cd decks... theres nothing better than actually feeling the music in your hands. Save some money, its worth it trust.
