@tonycns actually this is one of the few ghost footage videos never to be debunked. The 'manifestation' appears in two different rooms and in what appears to be a nook or fireplace it appears out of thin air. More than that, the behaviour of the individuals in the video is incredibly authentic and fits perfectly with the rumoured back story. I think this is a hoax, but I don't think the evidence is visible in the video.
This is fake! Look at the full original video. The same "ghost" is in the same room in the same corner. The guy goes in and out the same room over and over and keeps pointing the camera to the same corner and runs.
Near the beginning of the full version you can here her say go away.... she says nooo later on when he begins to walk towards one of the rooms.. She doesn't want them there. I think she was trying to scare them away
i can still remember the first time in there did someone se the original video op the smith building well if you saw them all youve noticed that the laddr was moving the hole time i swear to god that happened to me my friend and i ran out the building but we got lost but ofcource later we got out we were scared but after that we laughed we knew that would happen that wel will laugh thats why we went in:P you guys should try it but i didn't seen the girl phew XD

I don't think demon at all. Rather it could either be a nice voice over with a mixture of sweet with disturbing/creepy, or the ghost was just trying to forgive them for making fun of her presence. Either way I doubt any demonic activity here considering none of the actions taken were hostile. In fact it almost seemed like she was trying to play with them rather than "playing with them" (as in kids like to play with other kids).
I have been inside the building and I will admit it is creepy. IMO it is one of those dolls that were popular a few years ago that look like they are sulking. I used a disposable camera and got a lot of " orbs" or to the practical person 'dust". There are a lot of small rooms and corridors that can be confusing. Wish there were a thorough investigation. What you did was pretty extensive though goodjob.
there's afew voices but only are real close a deep voice that starts out and while he's talking the whispering voice comes and says that the lights are on and i'm tierd, ...that's what i hear...

From doing some research years ago I couldn't find any evidence of a fire or flood. It was rumored that that's how the "little girl" died.
