the fourth breath is escaping with no power. to escape with no power you go all the way down to the sewers and keep going right till you escape. hope this helps

actually, there are 7 different behaviors. comedycrazy11, the one ur looking 4 is called "fertile". to get it u just use the plant-grow breath to grow all the trees and fields, without destroying any houses or killing anyone.

Finally I found it : You must have the nature breath and you must only breath on the fields of agriculture of the peasants/farmers, but don't breath on anything else.
