@AdurianJ you may want a different head but the tripod is good but the head I got a ball head is not good for video get a head like the Manfrotto 701HDV Pro Fluid Video Mini Head.

@AdurianJ If you pair this head with this tripod, you can actually use the centre arm as a pan head.
