And if we do not have it where have mercy to make and offer and if they accept our offer until the money returns then we are good. Sure..that is an IOU..can't pay debt with it...all you can do is postpone payment..and some day soon paymnet will come due in full..that's when the US Dollar will collapse in full! HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Soon my friend..probably this year..they will have to issue a forgiveness of all debt. We owe more than there is enough oil to increase the GDP enough to pay the multi trillion debt outstansing..
