2. the unlimited ammo is called darkness channeling its a power that for a time pushes dark essence through the guns instead of bullets only works in the dark and only works for a set time.

There is an RPG(like) system in the game... Jackie can use abilities, so that the bullets he's shootin are Darkness powered aswell... by the end of the game, I only needed to reload a weapon, when I was in light (where Darkness abilities doesn't work)...

Jackie was chosen by the darkness. He was just a humble mobster before he got the darkness. The don of the Mob they were in wanted Jackie dead, then the Darkness came to Jackie.

I played the Darkness I and Darkness II demo and I must say that I'm really really disappointed. Same thing done Insominiac to Resistance from nice looking game they've done a f*cking comics. If you liked atmosphere in first part you laugh playing darkness II.

@EverHeardOfSlade I know he's Jackie Estacado but you have to realize he's still meant to be the stereotypical Italian mobster. It would stand to reason that he has a voice actor with that tone. And besides, we all had our own version of his voice while reading the comics. This voice actor can cover just about everyones idea of his voice rather than the brooding American acting of the first game. At least, that's my opinion.

@pallazi I agree, though Brian Bloom is an improvement over Nolan North, if it were him I would have instantly thought of Nathan Drake or Desmond Miles every time Jackie spoke. Nolan North is a good voice actor, but he's fucking everywhere nowadays. Still would have preferred Kirk Acevedo (I think that was his name) to come back and voice Jackie but hey, maybe Brian Bloom will be a decent replacement.
